Karen is the Property Manager at Bliss Vacation Properties, where she combines her love for travel with her dedication to creating unforgettable guest experiences. A New York City native and proud mother of a 15-year-old son, Karen understands the importance of both family values and the joy of meaningful getaways, whether it’s parents and children on vacation or friends gathering to share new adventures.

Her passion for exploring new cultures inspires her to bring a global perspective to hospitality, ensuring every property meets the expectations of today’s diverse travelers. Certified by VARMA and an active participant in national and international vacation rental conferences, Karen stays ahead of industry trends to provide guests with thoughtfully curated amenities and elevated experiences.

At Bliss Vacation Properties, Karen’s warmth, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to creating memorable moments ensure that every stay whether with loved ones or lifelong friends feels effortless and special.

Roy is the Operations Manager at Bliss Vacation Properties, working both behind the scenes and directly with guests to ensure every stay is seamless and memorable. Like Karen, he shares a deep passion for travel, exploring new cultures, and learning from global approaches to hospitality. Roy continues to expand his expertise through industry conferences and educational opportunities, always looking for ways to enhance the guest experience.

With a degree and nearly 20 years of experience in interior design and architecture, Roy brings a unique perspective to the business. He leads all property renovation projects under the Bliss umbrella, overseeing construction while thoughtfully designing each space with guests in mind. His approach blends elevated style with warmth and comfort, creating homes that feel both refined and inviting.
